Here are Portland Oregoin’s 15 top selling homes so far of 2021! From sprauling estates along the Willamette River to NW District concrete and steel all of these homes are stunners!

Top-tier residential properties typically don’t trade owners often or quickly, but the Portland area has seen significant sales for mansions selling for $4 million or more in the last year.

The Willamette Riverfront Estate house, built in 1995, has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two powder rooms and 14,014 square feet of living space at the foot of wine country and the quaint town of Willamette.

 

Willamette River vineyard estate: A secluded, 6.69-acre vineyard property on Southwest Petes Mountain Road in West Linn sold on May 24 for $6.3 million ($450 per square foot). In 2019, the asking price was $6,888,000.

The 14,014-square-foot mansion, built in 1995 along the Willamette River, has two suites, four more bedrooms, six more bathrooms and two powder rooms.


Most expensive Portland home sales

House with views of five fairways: A 2.25-acre property on Fairway Road in Lake Oswego sold on July 6 for $5,250,000 ($897 per square foot). The asking price was $5,495,000.

The contemporary house adjacent to Oswego Lake Country Club was built in 1995 with four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 5,855 square feet of living space.


The Country French-style house has 5,802 square feet of living space and a circular driveway.

Hamptons-style, riverfront estate: A 1.71-acre property on Fielding Road in Lake Oswego sold on July 25 for its asking price of $4,998,000 ($861 per square foot).
The Country French-style house, built in 2004, has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,802 square feet of living space. Outdoor entertaining areas include a covered fireplace and riverfront deck as well as a dock and pool.

An expansive deck includes a pool, seating area and grassy lounge area.

Modern farmhouse with 1,200-bottle wine cellar: A 0.48-acre property on Southwest Davenport Street in Portland’s West Hills sold on May 14 for its asking price of $4,750,000 ($865 per square foot).

The farmhouse, designed by architect Roscoe Hemenway and built in 1943 and recently updated, has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,493 square feet of living space plus easy access to the patio, yard and gardens.

The modern home has two bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 4,512 square feet of living space.

Retreat with private dock: A 1.7-acre, lake view property on South Shore Boulevard in Lake Oswego sold on June 4 for $4,512,000 ($835 per square foot). The asking price was $4,950,000.

Custom house on the Peninsula: A 0.63-acre property on Ridgeway Road in Lake Oswego sold on June 7 for its asking price of $4,398,000 ($880 per square foot).

The traditional-style house, built in 2005 on the banks of Oswego Lake, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two powder rooms and 4,996 square feet of living space plus private decks, a boathouse with a rooftop deck and a dock.

Lakeview house and extra lot: A 0.72-acre property on Terrace Drive in Lake Oswego sold on May 4 for $4,325,000 ($582 per square foot). The asking price was $4,250,000.

Dohterdale estate with a pond: A 25.96-acre property on Bergis Road in Lake Oswego sold on June 30 for $4,321,455 ($845 per square foot). The original asking price was $4,950,000. In 2019, it was listed for $7,999,000.

The Colonial-style house, built in 1951 and designed by architect Roscoe Hemenway, has six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 5,114 square feet of living space.


A lakefront house, built in 2011, has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 4,173 square feet of living space.

Waterfront house by Olson Group Architects: A half-acre property on Northshore Road in Lake Oswego sold on June 17 for $4,192,500 ($1,005 per square foot). The asking price was $4,295,000.

The custom waterfront house, built in 2011 on Oswego Lake, has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 4,173 square feet of living space as well as doors that slide away to outdoor living spaces.


The contemporary farmhouse, built in 2017, has five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and 9,897 square feet of living space in the heart of Pete's Mountain.

Farmhouse with soundproofed basketball court: A 6.28-acre, gated-entry property on Southwest Valley View Road in West Linn sold on July 23 for its asking price of $4.1 million ($414 per square foot).

The contemporary farmhouse, built in 2017, has five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and 9,897 square feet of living space. Entertaining outdoor spaces include a pool overlooking manicured lawns and garden beds.


The updated Colonial-style mansion, built in 1895, has six bedrooms, five bathrooms,  three power rooms and 9,065 square feet of living space.A sweeping driveway leads to a six-car heated garage beyond a lush lawn, brick walkways, portico and pool.

The Georgian-style house, has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 7,436 square feet of living space.

Grand Georgian-style estate: A 1.74-acre property on Knaus Road in Lake Oswego sold on July 28 for $3.9 million ($524 per square foot). The asking price was $3,950,000.

The Georgian-style house, built in 2002 and recently renovated, has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 7,436 square feet of living space. Custom outdoor living areas include a multi-level spa and pool with cascading waterfalls.

Pearl District penthouse: A penthouse on the 28th floor of the Cosmopolitan at 1075 N.W. Northrup St. in Portland’s Pearl District sold on June 24 for $3,675,000 ($1,128 per square foot). The asking price was $4,099,000.

The contemporary condo, built in 2016, has a primary suite with a fireplace, steam shower and sauna, as well as two more bedrooms, 2.5 more bathrooms, a gym within 3,258 square feet of living space plus three private balconies.
