About
Anne Stewart
Hello! I am the Principal Broker and Owner of Stewart Real Estate group at eXp Realty and the owner and designer of the Buyers Agent Portland Website and our comprehensive VIP Buyer Service.
I started my career in 2001 as an exclusive buyers representative as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Oregon.
In those earlier years, it occurred to me that buyers often did not know they had the right to obtain their own fiduciary representative in the sale of property and I realized that many buyers would spend valuable time calling the listing agent — who represents the seller. These buyers never got the same level of service, care and fiduciary duties they deserved. So, as the years progressed, I made it my mission to take buyer agency representation to a whole new level, and the VIP Buyer Service began.
Flash forward to present time, over the past 20 years I have honed my real estate knowledge, negotiating skills and understanding of how to represent buyers in any type of market. I have also spent countless hours teaching new agents these same skills and currently work as a mentor.
On a personal note, I was born and raised in the Portland Metro area where I still live with my family and enjoy educating buyers on the unique areas of Portland and the best things about living here!

Hello! I am the Buyer’s Agent Specialist for Stewart Real Estate Group and the Buyers Agent Portland website. I have been working with Anne since 2015 and have been her Buyers Agent for the past 6 years. What does this mean to you? I have successfully closed hundreds of homes for a wide variety of buyers including first time home buyers, investors, people looking at residential resale and new construction, buyers who require acreage properties and those looking to purchase land. Our Buyer VIP Service offers you the best chance of securing your dream through education and communication.
I pride myself on having a grasp on the current market and being able to educate you on the home buying process. The first thing we do is sit down and go over exactly what the process looks like and what is required in this market to navigate a successful transaction. From there we will work to get you a loan preapproval and a customized plan to find the perfect home. House hunting comes next, and speaking of house hunting, I was actually on HGTV’s House Hunters!
After we find your perfect home, I then expertly write your offer to give you the best chance of an accepted offer, keeping your specific goals in mind. I am with you through home inspections, negotiations, all the way to close! My services do not stop there. After your home closes, I will continue to keep in contact and provide you updates on your investment as well as referrals for home improvements or repairs.
I have called the Pacific Northwest home for most of my life and enjoy helping buyers all over the Portland Metro area. When I am not out helping buyers, I enjoy downtime with my horses and dogs on our Beaverton farm.

Terri was born in Oregon City and after living in all 4 corners of the United States, returned to Oregon in the 90s where she began her career as a Real Estate Admin. Over the years, Terri has worked in several administrative positions including Listing Desk, Branch Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant and Marketing Consultant. She prides herself on developing relationships with each client to best serve their particular needs while overseeing the day to day office tasks that are necessary for a successful real estate team.
Terri spends the majority of her downtime with the most important people on the planet, her family. She currently lives in Oregon City but has always had a bit of wanderlust. Terri is currently 2 states away from completing her goal to visit all 50 states and has recently began international travel. Next stop Tulum Mexico!
Transaction Compliance/Social Media
Brian McFarland was born in Oregon City and has called the Pacific Northwest home for his entire life. He has been involved in Real Estate administration work for over a decade. Brian joined Quinn Stewart Real Estate Group as a data entry specialist in 2016. Since then, he has shown an innate knack for detail and finding discrepancies, and as such, has grown into a valued employee who wears many hats. Brian is responsible for all compliance document reviews, data entry, document editing, social media posting and much more!
When not at work, Brian enjoys reading, building Warhammer figures and hanging out with his two brothers- playing video games, Magic the Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons
